New rings can normally be worn for years without any problems, but like anything that is exposed to long-term wear, jewellery needs to be checked and serviced regularly. As a general rule we suggest all rings are cleaned and settings checked at least once a year, or whenever you notice an irregularity. A polish and check can usually be done for you on the spot, or at least within the same day.

No repair job is too big or too small for us. Our skilled jewellers are eager to take on any jewellery challenge – from resizes and pearl threading, to new settings or full refurbishments on antiques and heirlooms. Each piece is carefully examined in order to determine the work needed and to present you with a detailed obligation free quote.
